NarcTrack Box Checkoff & Reconciliation

Step 1: Scan Box QR Code

Scan the physical tamper-evident QR code affixed to the NarcBox using any camera or mobile scanner.

Step 2: Authenticate Shift Checkoff

Navigate to /narcbox/{boxId}/checkoff and authenticate your clinician credentials.

Step 3: Count & Confirm Seals

• Verify numbered breakaway tamper seals.
• Confirm exact vial counts for fentanyl, morphine, ketamine, and midazolam.

Step 4: Electronic Attestation

Submit the attestation to commit an immutable audit record to the perpetual inventory ledger.
